Catskill Hudson AHEC will make its best effort to ensure the availability of its live webcasts. However, a webcast depends on both the quality and reliability of the internet connectivity at the event venue.  Should a technical problem arise during an event, our policy is to continue recording the archive file, rather than disrupt the archive data and the event participants by trying to troubleshoot the internet connectivity issue. This means that it’s possible that the live broadcast may stop before the conclusion of the event.

By purchasing access to a live webcast, you acknowledged and agreed to these conditions. The extent of Catskill Hudson AHEC’s liability is to provide you with access to the event archives online at a later date at no charge. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for technical issues that arise for remote viewers attempting to view the event on their personal computers and internet connection, over which we have no control. If you plan to watch a live event, we strongly recommend that you confirm that your computer and internet connection meet or exceed our Technical Requirements for Webcast Viewers.
