Hobart J. Simpson, Esq.

Mr. Simpson received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union College in May 2000.  He passed the New York State Bar Admissions in January 2001, and was admitted to the Federal Courts Northern District in 2001 and to the Southern District in 2002.  He completed his internships with the United States Federal District Court, the New York State Supreme Court, and at the United States Attorney’s Office after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY New Paltz in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  His legal practice covers a wide variety of litigation and commercial law.

Mr. Simpson is active in both the New York State and Orange County Bar Associations, and is on the Board of Directors for the Highland Invitational Scholarship Fund, Always There Home Health, and Bridgeview Homeowners Association.
