Carol Bouton

Carol Bouton has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive in corporate development, business operations, corporate contracting, and ambulatory care administration.  Throughout her career, Ms. Bouton has worked within a variety of areas defining strategic plans that integrate clinical, academic and financial, and facilities planning.

Her most recent focus has been in managed care contracting and business development.  As Director of Business Development for the Institute for Family Health, she is responsible for negotiating, executing and delivering managed care contracts, and maintaining reporting.
