Ms. Dubois-Adach has extensive experience in public health and is currently responsible for all Health Center administration.  This includes contracting, grants management, outreach implementation, legislative advocacy, and cultivating community relationships with special service providers, hospitals, and other Community Health Centers.  As the former Director of Government Affairs and Special Projects for the Community Health Care Association of NY State (CHCANYS), Ms. Dubois-Adach is well-versed in advocacy and policy-making on behalf of community health centers.

Ms. Dubois-Adach earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and received her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, with a concentration in gerontology.
